Job Description
- Oversee all Clubhouse operations for the Explorers to ensure that the players and coaching staffs are taken care of each day
- Maintain a clean and organized clubhouse at all times – including daily cleaning of all areas (clubhouse, restrooms, showers, etc.)
- Responsible for daily laundry needs of both teams and umpires
- Communicate effectively with the coaching staff and General Manager to ensure all needs are being met on a daily basis
- Assist in providing pre and post game meals for teams
- As needed, be available for player errands, go to get supplies, etc.
- Oversee all clubhouse equipment (uniforms, bats, balls, etc.) to ensure everything is accurately stored and accounted for.
- Desire to work hard in a fast-based environment with a mind-set of wanting to help the team be as successful as possible each day
- Adhere to all policies set forth by the Organization and/or League
- This position will require an irregular work schedule that includes late nights, weekends, holidays, and any other times as the schedule dictates.
Qualifications Required
- Hard working individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities on a daily basis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work all sixty-six (50) home games during the 2023 season
- Experience as an assistant or head clubhouse manager is preferred – or equivalent experience in a sports / team setting
