Senior Plumbing Technician

The Sr. Plumbing Technician is responsible for executing repairs for the plumbing and piping systems within AT&T Stadium.  The Sr. Plumbing Technician reports to the Plumbing and Piping Manager.

Job Duties:

• Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
• Complete understanding of sanitary sewer, domestic water, and hydronic piping systems
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial structures
• Locate and repair issues with water supply and waste lines
• Install new fixtures or replace faulty fixtures
• Assist with simple estimates of time, materials, and scope required for a job
• Coordinate and direct outside contractors as needed to complete projects

• 10+ years experience in building maintenance, Construction and/or facilities preferred
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber
• Familiarity with stadium/large venue operations preferred
• Able to understand and troubleshoot a variety of equipment and machines essential to the day to day operations within AT&T Stadium
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
