Job Description
FC Cincinnati is excited to find a creative Graphic Designer, Partnerships with a passion for digital rendering, layout design, and brand development. This role should be pursued by a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for trending styles and innovative ideas. The Graphics Designer must have exceptionally strong communication, creative and organizational skills and be deadline-driven in execution. Creativity and strong attention to detail are paramount to success in the position.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead creative for corporate partners (new business) and current partners (upsells and renewals) through presentations, mockups, and other various materials
- Creation and development of turnkey and customized templates that support revenue generation and partner retention
- Execute graphic design projects including but not limited to sales collateral, advertising campaigns, digital graphics (website, social media, and video elements), stadium graphics, digital ads, merchandise design, logo design, and presentation decks for internal departments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal sales and account management teams
- Work closely with Design Studio to bring cohesion to all creative work
- Prepare appropriate files for printers and vendors
- Match day duties will be assigned and will likely focus on live event production and live digital messaging
Qualifications Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple simultaneous projects
- Extensive knowledge of current design practices, techniques, print production, and signage design
- Healthy ability to take constructive criticism/feedback on your work
- Exceptional conceptual and creative skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with departments and clients
- Knowledge and interest in professional soccer and/or sports are a plus
- Basic digital animation and/or photography experience a plus
- Must understand the role graphic design plays in the marketing and sales process
