Successful candidates will be team-minded and care about going the extra mile for our guests. These team members should be outgoing, entertaining storytellers who are comfortable in front of fans in an interactive environment.
Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Participates in daily set up, arranges inventory, notifies Concessions Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages
- Ability to effectively meet food service goals and deadlines
- Very involved in food preparation collaborating with Sous Chef and Executive chef
- Helps with food delivery to Concessions and Private Suites on schedule.
- Ensures that food is top quality, and that kitchen is in good condition
- Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
- Performs clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning all food service equipment
- Records all waste
- Adheres to all food safety procedures
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Be available for the majority of the season (May-September 8)
- Be punctual, able to follow directions, and team-minded
- Be comfortable engaging with guests of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be comfortable dealing with large crowds
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and co-workers
- Possess basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Restaurant / kitchen experience
