Job Description
- Arrange / Coordinate video productions shoots alongside producers (locations, talent, crew)
- Assisting on shoots and setting up lighting and audio equipment, camera operation
- Assist with logging footage, verification and backup of footage/media
- Run video projects from concept to completion in collaboration or independently with minimal creative direction from leadership
- Adapting to change with flexibility, and a positive attitude
Qualifications Required
- In an Advanced Degree/Masters program.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Post Production processes
- Should have some experience with broadcast journalism, video and/or audio production
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an expert ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.
- Perform other duties as requested by staff to ensure all necessary tasks are performed in a proficient manner that adheres to the quality expected from the company.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.
- Must be a fierce communicator and cross-organizational collaborator.
