 Job DescriptionThis is a part-time position working from our main offices at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center. The successful candidate will embody the Colts core values in support of the team's mission to entertain, inspire and unite by winning the right way.
HIRING MANAGER
IT Operations Director
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with supporting the IT operational needs across all departments
- Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software to maintain required desktop service level agreements
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring IT support operations
- Maintain inventory of all IT owned systems and applications
- Perform moves, additions, and change requests as they are submitted
- Lift, move, and maintain computer equipment as necessary
- Assist with employee processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Undergraduate or recent graduate within the past 12 months, from a university, college or vocational/technical institute
- Educational focus or career path efforts in the field of IT Service Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics or other related technical vertical
- Able to work 24-30 hours per week onsite at our main office, located in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Available to work nontraditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job and adapt as priorities shift
